Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the shipment has not yet been dispatched. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

What if my order is lost or delivered to the wrong address?

  • If the package is lost in transit, we will reship it for free.
  • If an incorrect address was provided by the customer, Staminor cannot be held responsible.
